Any request relating to data is answered at the address above.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"s2\">2. What data we collect<\/h2>\n<p>We collect only the data we need in order to deliver an order, issue an invoice and answer a question.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Contact and delivery details<\/b> \u2014 first name, surname, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address.<\/li>\n<li><b>Billing details<\/b> \u2014 for legal entities: name, VAT number, registration number, registered office.<\/li>\n<li><b>Order data<\/b> \u2014 the products ordered, the value, the payment and delivery method, the order history.<\/li>\n<li><b>Payment data<\/b> \u2014 <b>we do not store card numbers<\/b>. Card payments are processed entirely on the authorised processor\u2019s infrastructure; we receive only the transaction confirmation and the last digits of the card.<\/li>\n<li><b>Account data<\/b>, if you create one \u2014 email address and a password stored in encrypted form.<\/li>\n<li><b>Your email address<\/b>, if you join the waiting list or the newsletter.<\/li>\n<li><b>Technical data<\/b> \u2014 IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies. See section 10.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not collect health data. We do not ask for or store information about conditions, treatments or medical test results, and our forms contain no such fields.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"s3\">3. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"s4\">4. Who we share it with<\/h2>\n<p>We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the suppliers we need in order to operate, each acting as a processor or independent controller, under contract:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>The courier<\/b> who brings your parcel \u2014 name, address, phone number.<\/li>\n<li><b>The payment processor<\/b> \u2014 the data needed to authorise the transaction.<\/li>\n<li><b>The invoicing provider and the accountant<\/b> \u2014 the billing details.<\/li>\n<li><b>The hosting and email provider<\/b> \u2014 technical storage.<\/li>\n<li><b>Analytics and advertising providers<\/b>, only if you have accepted cookies in those categories.<\/li>\n<li><b>Public authorities<\/b>, where the law requires it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 id=\"s5\">5. How long we keep it<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Financial and accounting documents<\/b> \u2014 10 years, in accordance with Accounting Law no. 82\/1991.<\/li>\n<li><b>Order and warranty data<\/b> \u2014 3 years from completion of the order, the general limitation period.<\/li>\n<li><b>Customer account<\/b> \u2014 for as long as the account stays active, plus 1 year.<\/li>\n<li><b>The address on the waiting list or newsletter<\/b> \u2014 until you unsubscribe.<\/li>\n<li><b>Support correspondence<\/b> \u2014 2 years.<\/li>\n<li><b>Cookies<\/b> \u2014 individual durations are in the Cookie policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 id=\"s6\">6. Transfers outside the EU<\/h2>\n<p>Data is stored in the European Union. Some analytics or advertising providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on standard contractual clauses, in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"s7\">7. Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>You have the following rights over your data:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Access<\/b> \u2014 to find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy.<\/li>\n<li><b>Rectification<\/b> \u2014 to have us correct what is wrong or incomplete.<\/li>\n<li><b>Erasure<\/b> \u2014 to have it deleted, where we have no legal obligation to keep it.<\/li>\n<li><b>Restriction<\/b> \u2014 to limit processing while it is being contested.<\/li>\n<li><b>Portability<\/b> \u2014 to receive the data in a structured, machine-readable format.<\/li>\n<li><b>Objection<\/b> \u2014 to object to processing based on legitimate interest and, at any time and unconditionally, to direct marketing.<\/li>\n<li><b>Withdrawal of consent<\/b>, at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Send your request to <a href=\"mailto:customer@dha-core.com\">customer@dha-core.com<\/a>. We reply within <b>30 days<\/b>. If the request is complex, the deadline may be extended by 2 months, in which case we let you know and tell you why.<\/p>\n<p>If you are not satisfied with the reply, you can contact the <b>National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP)<\/b>, B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, Bucharest, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dataprotection.ro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dataprotection.ro<\/a>, or the courts.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"s8\">8. Security<\/h2>\n<p>The site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it. Passwords are stored as hashes, never in plain text. We make regular backups. If a security breach occurs with a high risk to your rights, we inform you and notify ANSPDCP within 72 hours, in accordance with art. 33 and 34 GDPR.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"s9\">9. Minors<\/h2>\n<p>The site is aimed at people over 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have received such data without a parent\u2019s consent, we delete it.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"s10\">10. Cookies<\/h2>\n<p>We use cookies necessary for the site to work, plus analytics and marketing cookies, the latter only with your consent. The full details, the list and the durations are in the <a href=\"\/en\/politica-de-cookies\/\">Cookie policy<\/a>, where you can also change your choices at any time.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"s11\">11. Changes<\/h2>\n<p>We may update this policy. The applicable version is the one published here, and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
