    This document forms part of the Terms and conditions<\/a> and applies to consumer sales made by Fenix Accent Consulting S.R.L.<\/b> through the shop dha-core.com<\/b>.<\/p>\n

    1. The 14-day right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

    If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason<\/b>, within 14 calendar days<\/b>, in accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 34\/2014<\/b>.<\/p>\n

    The period runs from the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the courier, take physical possession of the product. If you ordered several products delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last one.<\/p>\n\n

    2. The exception for sealed products<\/h2>\n

    This is the important part, and we say it before you order, not after.<\/p>\n

    Food supplements are sealed goods which cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons. In accordance with art. 16 (e) of Emergency Ordinance no. 34\/2014<\/b>, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the bottle has been unsealed<\/b>.<\/p>\n
