Who we are<\/h2>\n<p>The online shop available at <b>dha-core.com<\/b> is operated by <b>Fenix Accent Consulting S.R.L.<\/b>, hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Seller\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><b>The Seller\u2019s role.<\/b> Fenix Accent Consulting S.R.L. acts as a <b>trader<\/b>: it sells the products in its own name, directly to the Customer, and is a party to the sales contract. It does not act as a marketplace, intermediary or agent for other sellers. <b>The tax invoice for each order is issued by Fenix Accent Consulting S.R.L.<\/b><\/p>\n<ul><li>Registered office: <b>Aleea Fizicienilor 13, Bl. 3A, Sc. The product is made in the European Union.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"s2\">2. Definitions<\/h2>\n<p><b>Customer<\/b> \u2014 any natural or legal person who places an order. <b>Consumer<\/b> \u2014 the natural person acting for purposes outside their commercial activity, within the meaning of Government Ordinance 21\/1992 and Emergency Ordinance 34\/2014. <b>Order<\/b> \u2014 the Customer\u2019s request to purchase one or more products. <b>Contract<\/b> \u2014 the agreement concluded when the Seller confirms the order.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"s3\">3. Products and prices<\/h2>\n<p>The products sold are <b>food supplements<\/b>, notified to the competent authority in accordance with the legislation in force.<\/p>\n<p>All displayed prices are in lei and <b>include VAT<\/b>. Delivery within Romania is <b>free<\/b>, regardless of the order value. The total to pay is shown before you complete the order.<\/p>\n<p>The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.<\/p>\n<p>Product images are for information only. There may be small differences in shade or packaging compared with the product delivered, without this affecting the composition or the quantity.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"s4\">4. Orders and order cancellation<\/h2>\n<p>An order is placed by adding products to the basket and going through the checkout steps. The contract is considered concluded when the Customer receives the <b>order confirmation<\/b> by email.<\/p>\n<p>The Seller may refuse an order, informing the Customer, in situations such as: incorrect billing or delivery details, inability to process payment, stock running out, or an obvious pricing display error.<\/p>\n<h3>Pre-orders<\/h3>\n<p>Products marked \u201cPre-order\u201d are delivered from the estimated date shown on the product page. Before dispatch we call you to reconfirm the order. If the estimated date changes, we let you know by email or phone, and you choose whether to keep the order or cancel it, at no cost.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"anulare\">Cancelling an order<\/h3>\n<ul><li><b>Cancellation by the Customer.<\/b> You can cancel any order free of charge, including a pre-order, <b>until the parcel is handed over to the courier<\/b>. Write to us at customer@dha-core.com or call +40 726 133 083, quoting your order number. We confirm the cancellation by email.<\/li><li><b>Refunds.<\/b> If you paid online, we refund the full amount within a maximum of 14 days of cancellation, to the same card. If you chose cash on delivery, you have nothing to pay.<\/li><li><b>After dispatch<\/b> the order can no longer be cancelled, but you can use the right of withdrawal in section 7.<\/li><li><b>Cancellation by the Seller.<\/b> The Seller may cancel an order in the situations above or if the product can no longer be delivered. We let you know by email and refund any amount paid in full, within a maximum of 14 days.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 id=\"s5\">5. Payment<\/h2>\n<p>Payment can be made by:<\/p>\n<ul><li><b>Bank card online<\/b>, through the processor <b>NETOPIA Payments<\/b>. The Seller does not store card details; these are processed exclusively by the payment processor, in a secure environment.<\/li><li><b>Cash on delivery<\/b> \u2014 payment in cash or by card to the courier, when the parcel is received.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>The invoice is issued by Fenix Accent Consulting S.R.L., electronically, and sent by email. For invoicing to a legal entity, the company details are entered at checkout.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"s6\">6. Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Delivery is carried out by <b>Sameday<\/b>, within Romania.<\/p>\n<ul><li>Delivery time: <b>1\u20133 working days<\/b> from order confirmation, for products in stock<\/li><li>Pre-orders: delivery starts on the estimated date shown on the product page; after reconfirmation by phone, the parcel arrives in <b>1\u20133 working days<\/b><\/li><li>Delivery cost: <b>free<\/b>, for any order delivered within Romania<\/li><li>Orders placed after <b>14:00<\/b> or on non-working days are processed on the next working day<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Customer when the parcel is received. We recommend checking that the parcel is intact in the presence of the courier.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"s7\">7. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within <b>14 calendar days<\/b> from the date of taking possession of the product, in accordance with <b>Emergency Ordinance 34\/2014<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h3>Important exception for food supplements<\/h3>\n<p>In accordance with <b>art. 16 (e) of Emergency Ordinance 34\/2014<\/b>, the right of withdrawal <b>does not apply<\/b> to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed by the consumer after delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Consequently: <b>returned products must be sealed, unopened and in their original packaging.<\/b> A bottle with a broken seal cannot be returned.<\/p>\n<h3>How to make a return<\/h3>\n<p>Withdrawal is notified online, through the <a href=\"\/en\/retragere\/\">withdrawal form<\/a>, which emails you a confirmation immediately, or to <b>customer@dha-core.com<\/b>, by an unequivocal statement. The product is returned within 14 days of that communication at the latest. The cost of return is borne by the Consumer, except where the product is non-conforming or was delivered in error.<\/p>\n<p>The Seller refunds the amounts received within a maximum of <b>14 days<\/b> from the date on which it was informed of the withdrawal, using the same means of payment. The refund may be withheld until the product is received.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"s8\">8. Multi-bottle packs<\/h2>\n<p>The product can be ordered individually or in packs of several bottles, at the price per bottle displayed for each pack.<\/p>\n<ul><li>A pack is a <b>single order<\/b>, with a single payment, delivered in full in one shipment<\/li><li>There is no recurring payment, subscription or automatic renewal; the card is not stored for future payments<\/li><li>All bottles in a pack come from the same batch and have the same best-before date, where stock allows<\/li><li>The right of withdrawal applies to the whole order, under the conditions in section 7<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 id=\"s9\">9. Conformity and complaints<\/h2>\n<p>The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with <b>Emergency Ordinance 140\/2021<\/b>. The best-before date is printed on the packaging.<\/p>\n<p>Complaints are sent to <b>customer@dha-core.com<\/b>, with the order number and a description of the problem.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"s10\">10. Use of the product<\/h2>\n<p>The products sold are <b>food supplements, not medicines<\/b>. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.<\/p>\n<p>Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the sight and reach of young children.<\/p>\n<p>Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, people undergoing drug treatment and people with pre-existing conditions should consult a doctor before use.<\/p>\n<p>The information on this site is for information only and does not constitute medical advice.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"s11\">11. Personal data<\/h2>\n<p>Data is processed in accordance with <b>Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR)<\/b>. Details of the legal bases, purposes, storage periods and the rights of the data subject are set out in the Privacy policy.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"s12\">12. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n<p>The entire content of the site \u2014 texts, images, graphics, the DHA-CORE\u00ae trademark \u2014 belongs to the Seller or is used under licence. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"s13\">13. Dispute resolution<\/h2>\n<p>We first try to resolve matters amicably. If no resolution is reached, the Consumer may turn to:<\/p>\n<ul><li><b>ANPC<\/b> \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/anpc.ro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">anpc.ro<\/a><\/li><li><b>ADR<\/b> \u2014 alternative dispute resolution, <a href=\"https:\/\/anpc.ro\/ce-este-sal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">anpc.ro\/ce-este-sal<\/a><\/li><li><b>ODR<\/b> \u2014 the European platform, <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n<p>The contract is governed by Romanian law. Disputes not settled amicably are subject to the competent courts in Romania.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"s14\">14. Changes to these terms<\/h2>\n<p>The Seller may change these terms.
