Where it comes from
The short chain.
Fish do not produce Omega-3. They take it from algae and accumulate it as they move up the food chain. We take the molecule from the first link, not the last.

No fishy taste
The oil never passes through animal tissue, so it does not pick up its smell. It is not masked with flavouring, it simply does not have it.
Not dependent on fishing
The culture grows in a closed, controlled system. It does not depend on the season, on ocean stocks or on fishing grounds.
Triglyceride form
Just as it comes out of the algae, the form in which fats also occur in food. No conversion to ethyl ester.

What is in the bottle
A short list, no fillers. Microalgae oil, a plant-based shell and the antioxidants that keep the oil fresh.

What fills the softgel
Microalgae oil Schizochytrium sp. (68%), softgel shell: stabiliser — modified pea starch (E1440), humectant — glycerol (E422), gelling agent — carrageenan (E407). Antioxidants: tocopherol-rich extract (E306), sunflower lecithin (E322), rosemary extract (E392).
Fish, crustaceans, soy, gluten, lactose, gelatine, GMOs. No colourings and no artificial flavourings.
At 15–25 °C, dry, away from light and moisture. Do not expose to heat. Do not freeze.
How to take it
Two softgels a day. That is all.
Ideally with your main meal, with a glass of water. The fats in the meal help absorption, so it is not just a convention.
One bottle covers exactly one month. If keeping the rhythm is hard, the three-bottle pack solves the “I forgot to order” part — the second most cited reason for dropping off in our research.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet.

In the European Union, exactly three health claims are approved for Omega-3. We write them exactly as authorised, not in an embellished version.

The ingredient is authorised by Implementing Regulations (EU) 2018/1032 and (EU) 2022/1365. The safety of oil from Schizochytrium for use in supplements was assessed by the EFSA NDA Panel (EFSA Journal 2021;19(1):e06345).
