About the product

What it is, exactly

Microalgae oil Schizochytrium sp. — 750 mg per softgel, of which 300 mg DHA and 150 mg EPA. The softgel shell is plant-based, and the oil is protected with natural antioxidants: tocopherol-rich extract, sunflower lecithin and rosemary extract.
60 softgels. At the recommended dose of 2 a day, one bottle covers exactly 30 days.
The threshold at which the European authority recognises an effect is 250 mg DHA a day. Many products on the shelf deliver below that threshold at their recommended dose. We chose 600 mg so we are comfortably above it, not at the limit.
No. The oil comes from microalgae, not from fish, so it has neither the taste nor the smell, and it leaves no aftertaste.
They are standard-sized softgels for an oil supplement. “Pills that are too big” was one of the frustrations cited most often in our research, so we took it into account when formulating.

Algae vs fish

The difference that matters

Yes. The DHA and EPA in microalgae are exactly the same molecules you find in fish oil, in the same natural triglyceride form. Fish do not make them, they accumulate them by eating algae. The difference is that we skip the middleman.
The algae grow in controlled fermenters, not in the ocean. Heavy metals and microplastics accumulate along the marine food chain, and algae sit at its base. It is not a problem solved by filtration, but avoided by method.
Yes. The oil is from microalgae and the softgel shell is plant-based, pea starch and glycerol, with no gelatine.
Oil from Schizochytrium sp. has been through the European authorisation procedure for novel foods and is approved for consumption in the European Union, by Implementing Regulations (EU) 2018/1032 and (EU) 2022/1365. The product is made in the EU.
Omega-3 oxidises easily with heat, light and oxygen, and oxidised oil loses its value and develops an unpleasant taste. That is why we track peroxide (PV), anisidine (AV) and TOTOX values, use natural antioxidants and packaging that limits contact with oxygen.

Use and safety

How to take it and who should ask a doctor

Two, preferably with your main meal and a glass of water. The fats in the meal help absorption. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Either works. Both with your main meal is the easiest to keep as a routine, and consistency matters more than the exact timing.
We do not promise an effect you will feel. The authorised claims refer to maintaining normal brain, vision and heart function at a consistent daily intake, not to a change you would notice within a week. Omega-3 levels in the body shift over months, not days.
Generally yes, but if you already take an Omega-3 supplement, check that you do not exceed 1 g DHA a day, the limit recommended by the European authority for adults. If you are on any treatment, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
At 15–25 °C, dry, away from light and moisture. Do not expose to heat. Do not freeze.
Ask your doctor first. DHA matters in pregnancy and breastfeeding, but the recommended doses differ, and the decision should be made with the doctor following your care.
Talk to your doctor before use. Omega-3 in high doses can affect coagulation, so combining it with anticoagulant treatment is a medical decision, not one to make from a web page.
It contains no declarable allergens. No fish, crustaceans, soy, gluten, lactose and no GMOs.
The product is formulated for adults. For children under 12, the dose should be set with a paediatrician.

Sameday, nationwide. The exact timeframe and rates will be confirmed before the first batch is dispatched.
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, under distance selling law. The product must be sealed — for food supplements, a broken seal voids the right of return, for hygiene and safety reasons.
No. Each order stands alone: you pay once and receive everything you ordered in a single shipment. We do not store your card, nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel. If you want to save, multi-bottle packs have a lower price per bottle.
Yes, the invoice is issued automatically when the order is confirmed and sent to you by email. You can request a company invoice by entering the details at checkout.
At launch, online only. Pharmacy distribution is planned, but does not yet have a date.
