Withdrawal from the contract

You can withdraw within 14 days of receipt, without telling us why. Fill in the form and you get a confirmation by email straight away.

This English version of the document is provided for information only. Only the Romanian version is legally binding and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

The form below is the online means of exercising the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Art. 111 of OUG No. 34/2014. You can use it within the 14 calendar days from the date you took possession of the product.

After you press “Confirm withdrawal”, you receive an email confirming that we have recorded your statement, with the date and time you sent it. We then send you the return address.

Before you fill it in:

  • Order not dispatched yet? You don’t need to withdraw. You can cancel it free of charge, see section 4 of the Terms.
  • The bottle must be sealed. Unsealed food supplements cannot be returned, in accordance with Art. 16(e) of OUG No. 34/2014. Details in the Returns policy.
  • Wrong, damaged or non-conforming product? Write to us at customer@dha-core.com within 48 hours of receipt, with a photo. The costs are on us.

Prefer email? You can also send your statement to customer@dha-core.com, using the template in the Returns policy. Both ways are equally valid.
